Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and Cash-on-Pickup (COP) is only available for total orders below ₱1,000. If you total order is above that amount, please consider using a different payment method. (Click here to see our list of payment methods.)
If you meet the requirements and wish to pay using COD for your order, by ticking the Cash on Delivery option, you agree to pay in full amount and accept all items included in the invoice.
Please remember to prepare the EXACT amount as payment for your order; our delivery personnel do not carry change.
If our partner courier informs you to anticipate the delivery of your order within the day, kindly prepare your cash payment. If you will not be around, please leave an authorization letter along with one (1) valid ID.
If your payment method is COP, please bring at least one (1) valid ID when claiming. You will also be notified when your item is ready for pick-up.
Your order will only stay on your preferred branch / pick-up location for ten (10) days.
After placing your order, expect a call/text from one of our staff within 24 hours for verification. This is to confirm your purchase and delivery details, prior to processing your order.
We shall not process orders that have not been verified. So please reply to our call/text, so we know it's a done deal.
Your tracking details shall be available after we verified your purchase and order has been fulfilled. We will keep you updated regarding the delivery status of your order.
As soon as payment has been received and validated by our delivery personnel, the transaction is complete and the items are officially yours.
Just a reminder: Our stocks are limited and in-demand. Should you fail to pay for your order, it will automatically be returned and will be made available to other customers.
Repeat offenders of this policy will render their COD and COP options disabled permanently.
