Can I pay using a different payment method?

Yes, aside from PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards, you can also make a payment via Paymaya, Online Transfer/Over-the-Counter Bank Deposit, Western Union, Cebuana Lhuillier, M-Lhuillier and Palawan Express.

Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery?

Yes, however, COD is currently available only in selected areas in the Philippines. For our COD policy and guidelines, click here.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, as long as it's in the Philippines and if the total order reaches ₱1000 and up.

 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Please refer to our Refund Policy.

 

How long will it take before I get my order?

It takes 1-3 days for your orders to be processed after you have successfully placed an order. This is due to a high volume of orders we receive daily and some orders are being customized.

 

Once your order is processed, your items will then be ready for delivery. Please make sure to provide a valid contact number and correct address to avoid any issues like delayed and undelivered orders.

 

We will notify you via SMS or email once your order has been shipped. Your order will be immediately shipped after processing and fulfillment. Please allow 3-10 business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays not included) for you to receive your orders.

 

In case of sudden "out of stocks", we are going to contact you and ask if you are willing to wait for stocks to arrive (an additional 2-5 days waiting time) or just cancel your orders and a refund will be issued if a payment has already been made.

 

Order Summary

Order processing/fulfillment: 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays)

Delivery/Shipping: 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays)

Total estimated waiting time: Expect your orders to arrive within 10 days upon ordering.

 

Orders coming from COD bogus buyers will be automatically rejected and will be unprocessed. Our system keeps track of these people and has the capability to detect them. They will only be allowed to order if they pay with a different payment method aside from COD.

 

How can I track my order?

You can check the delivery status of your orders through a tracking number that we are going to give you via SMS or email. Note that your tracking number shall be available on the next business day after your purchase.

 

Once an Order Tracking Number has been provided, simply go to our Track Order page.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your payment is COD, you are not allowed to cancel your orders once they are already out for shipping. Doing so will automatically put you on our blacklist or bogus buyers list. Should you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately on the same day you placed an order.

 

How about failed delivery attempts?

You can expect our courier partner to deliver your orders in a maximum of three (3) attempts. Otherwise, our courier partner can declare that your package cannot be delivered and will be returned to us.

 

Please note that you will be contacted during those attempts, and there are occasions where order pickup will be suggested if your package cannot be delivered in your area. Rest assured that we will give our best to make sure you are going to receive your orders.

 

Why is COD unavailable on my next purchase?

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) blacklist buyers who have 1 or more failed COD orders within 60 days are temporarily suspended from using COD. Failed order includes rejecting to accept COD orders and failing to receive package after the 3rd delivery attempt by our partner couriers. All of which leads to order cancellation. Our system will automatically remove the blacklisted buyers from being blacklisted once the buyers made a successful purchase online using a different payment method.
